camera for Cowes weekend

Can anyone suggest a suitable waterproof vid / camera which we could mount within the bow of our boat whilst we participate in the basic race on Friday.
I could then post the footage on here!
The stand alone digi ones that I've found only do 30 frames a minute...not exactly ideal?!

30 fpm is totally useless! even 6fps looks jumpy.

JF has a good idea of what works and where to get it.

Hi
I've now found one that does 30 FPS, in acceptable quality, the 30 FPM, is in better quality, but obviously not really video!

It's like a helmet cam...not sure I can get one in time though, what with all the other things I've got organise this week!
