The 32 has a deflector in the tunnel which deflects water away from the midsection, the center engine is raised a little more because of the full water it received .
The engine is protected by the deflector that is aprox 5-6 ft long and 8 inch wide ,and looks like a wedge .

Awesome boats ,the 32 is a good rough water boat ,my brother in law had one for a few years with 3 x 280 EFI ,he changed gear ratio to 1,75 :1 and used 15 x 34 cleavers at 8000 rpm and 126 mph ......yikes

Dont forget total figure will be boat + shipping + 1.7% inport + 17.5% VAT makes it soon add up I think £3K for shipping seems a little on the cheap side but you might be lucky. Who did your shipping?

Craig sorted it for me.

I think if your gonna be pedantic about it, then on top of ''boat + shipping + 1.7% inport + 17.5% VAT '', you ought to add insurance, plus flights to the States, hire car, hotel, spending money, transport to the docks etc coz you surely ain't gonna buy it without looking at it.

Sounds good but as you say Tony there is all the other costs too plus how much to keep at drivers as it wouldn't fit on my drive and also feeding 3 x 280's with fuel and oil! Plus i'd need some training on driving it as it might be a little dangerous letting me loose in a 120mph flying machine! Not sure i'd fancy sitting next to anyone at that speed either though!!!

just checked me paperwork from 4 years ago, and to ship my cat on it's trailer, from port of miami to southampton, 36' x 9'x 6' high cost $3900 + insurance @ 0.45% of the total value.

Running it ain't gonna be cheap, but what a fun way to spend the kids inheritance!

Storage will be 150+ a month, and you get to do 120 once you've mastered 90, 100 and a 110 !!!

sorry didn't want to sound padantic but a lot of people forget the inport duty and vat which at nearly 20% of total adds a big amount to any purchase.

you are looking at 35K by the time its back home and i recon running costs are approx £8 a minute!!! so at £500 per hour i don't think i'd be using it much!!
