I've used 16.38 as a conversion factor for as long as I can remember messing about with Yank V8s, which is about 25 years.

I nearly typed that line myself, but to be honest, 16.38, 16.39, or 16.387064, it don't really matter a shit does it, the scrutineers can't count that high anyway.
