our intake was perfect, it was the leg that was the problem it was a shit casting so took hours to prep for painting.

Completely agree with gav. Give it 6 months out in the sun and anything out of a spray can will look shite.

Reckon the cowl looks like a cylon (battlestar galactica for the younguns)
