Sorry mate, had totally forgotten about that PM, I'll reply now.

Think I may well need CE, need to find out the combined weight but can't imagine it being under 3500kg. Never mind!

any interest in just quickly whacking an xr2 powerhead on it and racing it in a few weeks time and for the rest of this season - before you embark on the big winter project?

would be good to see..

Gorvs has a very reliable xr2 powerhead

Nope, sorry guys but it's not my bits to be doing that with. Frank owns all the rigging and I haven't paid in full for my half yet so wouldn't even consider taking it out racing.
Plus, to be honest, with it having been sat for so long I wouldn't want to risk just bashing it together and hoping for the best. With that kind of boat I could do serious damage if something went wrong.
Not gonna happen I'm afraid chaps, and I do have the small matter of a wedding to think about before the next race!

Not until it's paid for in full, no.
All that matters to me is that I've done the deal with Toby and everyone's happy. Especially me!

Larby, if you send me your address I will post you the tape with the footage of D-60. Unfortunately there is not much and even the on-board camera is not that interesting. If you could transfer the whole of the tape to DVD I would be most grateful as it also contains the OCR 2001 review ending with Gibraltar 2001. There is also a small item on the Victory Team Headquarters at the end of the tape.

Ha ha, I've been taking a bit of a break to get a load of other things sorted at the mo! Gotta get all the bits from it etc sold first before I start.
It's too good a boat to rush into, I'm aiming to build an absolute beast this time round!
