Ebay - Extreme 21

Hi Guys,
Im not a regular poster but on here looking regularly, after some help,
Just wondered if anybody had any info to share about the extreme 21 built 2006 advertised on ebay - item no 231071057441
Its been up for sale for a while, thought id ask the question as it may of been owned/built for someone on the forum, Ive sure Ive seen much older boats fetching around the 10k mark so it doesn't look like a bad buy.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks

I don't want to comment on price as it looks clean, but I know of one that was sold for a lot less.

As for the seller, I see it's lsmarine.

If that's dearest lance, the is/was in cobbs, don't touch it.

Isn't it this one?

Lovely boat but looks like it may have had a change of motor if it is. Build thread shows a 6.2 but eBay ad says 5.0.

I Bought that boat off Tony when Carl had a new one Made as the 21 had some stress cracks That made no difference to the boat at all I used it a few times and was a lovely boat I had a 240 Mercury Outboard With a bracket on the back And it ran 60 65 mph Easily Was very stable Then John and A.D. bought the boat Off me and put a 5 L lump in the back And it goes very well As far as the stress cracks go It is really immaterial And superficial Does not affect the strength of the boat in the slightest

so tony had no reason to replace it under warranty then?he was going to build me a new 21 but i paid the extra to have my 24 built instead. couldnt fault tony for what he did for me but it should of been gav having the agro and the cost associated .and stress cracks from the transom to the bow is not normal, there is more to the story when the boat was being built.

Thanks Carl,
Hadn't spoken to Tony but that explains things, spoken to the guy at LS Marine who told me that it had a few stress cracks, but obviously didn't tell me the full story, apparently it has had very little use, I thought it sounded a bit fishy,

Have you still got your 24 up for sale, it looks like a lovely boat, couldn't convince myself to spent that much on one tho,
Thanks for the help guys

There is one thing I can assure you on There is no stress cracks from front to back There is Star crazy at the front on the side And a stress crack along the chine underneath Just below the crazing That was all that was wrong with the boat I was very happy with the boats And none of my friends even noticed the cracks Until I showed them I'd just like to add once again This does not affect the strength of this boat And if you was that bothered about it Talk to Justin at Marine Options And he would be the best person to put this right I would buy it back tomorrow if It was 30 ft. It was just too small for me and my family
