Evinrude 250 HELP PLEASE

I have a 2004 evinrude 250HO. I have just had the ecu rebuilt as I believe it got hot and I I lost injectors 2 and 5. I bolted it back on today and now I turn the key and nothing happens. Checked started solenoid and the in gear sensor. Both fine. Any help? Also no codes showing
