Finally bought a Phantom

Today I finally got a P18 with the help of Derek. I have been after one of these since I was 12 and I first saw Derek's (No Worries). I think I have most substitutes including the Sharp 18 (awesome boat just pants in rough) but I finally have one.
Needs work but I wanted a project one anyway.
The plan is to completely rebuild it with a slightly different design to strengthen transom. A respray to Lambo Orange, then see if cookie will make me a carbon fibre screen and gauge holder. The existing seats in it are amazing but wont go once orange but they are the bespoke yellow vinyl Kevlar Suzuka Signatures. I will probably go for the same but black. After a long chat with Derek I will probably go for a xr2 200hp with offshore leg (if anyone has one for sale of even just the 15" leg and gbox for sale then please pm me) I will start a rebuild thread once I start.

More in my bucket if you want to look http://s181.photobucket.com/user/EVO...2018%20Rebuild

Sorry what I mean to say is when rebuilding it, strengthen it the way it's supposed to be ( through the well and onto the stringers) as apposed to what previous owner (before Derek) did (transom to back rest) it's not even strengthened!!! Derek was baffled too.
