Surely that is beyond "economical" repair!
I guess he either has to be very very passionate about that particular boat or put a low value on his time to wanna restore it. For me, time is to precious to be feckin about like that.

Awesome. I can't see half the pics but it sounds great! I'm probably the only person on here as insane as him having had to re-glass the whole hull on top of what he's doing!

A pal of mine reconned an old Capri and then nearly sunk it on his maiden voyage because the drain plugs popped out of the engine and the faster he tried to get home the more water was being pumped into the back of his pride and joy. Needless to say he was glad of his newly installed bilge pump
