What's the best way and how to prep

What Wayne says. Sand to 80-120 clean up. Wipe with acetone then roller it down. I really like tool stations mini green chemical resistant rollers for gel. Makes a smooth stippled impression. Probably not quite slip proof. Hate speckles personally it looks like my daughter did it.
