Historic Race Boats in NYC

This weekend, we had some of our members of HORBA..Historic Offshore Race Boats Association, bring their boats to the poker run held yesterday in NYC.

DRY MARTINI, the 35 Cigarette, raced by Carlo Bonomi to a World Championship, was our in the poker run boat, and the first ever 30 foot Sutphen, the former INFERNO, now called Notorious was our dry land display.

It might have been just a fluke, but the Dry Martini, finished ahead of quite a few of those newer boats with all the paint and the big engines with blowers etc. Maybe they just let him ahead so they could watch a real legend run?
