Twin Motors

Interesting project..
whats the main reson for twin motors..?? i would assume for handling purposes what with L/H & R/H rotating props giving very minimal steering torque or are you just wanting big power, good speed with low revs..??
combined power of 400hp is massive for that size & weight of boat, there wont be many 21's in front of you thats for sure..!!
Keep us updated..
Cheers
Mark

Mike made several 400hp inboard 21D's

The engine well is a heavily bastardised version of the moulding made by Tony and I for my Extreme 24 OB (which has a pair of Brucato Promax 225s).

Talking Thanks Lawrence the boat has come out really well

The engine well has come out ever so well it's a shame Tony didn't fit it like I did to your boat it really looks like it's supposed to be there here's a picture of how the 24 is done which is not up to my standards as it cracks in the corners on the last 24 I saw so I have made mine a proper fit not that the well is going to go anywhere as it is a very good design and very strong which Lawrence deserves the credit for as he designed and made the plug
