my theory is never be scared to have a go yourself,you can learn alot from your mistakes as well as your succeses,ofcoarse you have to be practical as well, and size up the job in the first place.sometimes its simpler and cheaper!! to let the pros do it or if you dont like getting your hands dirty.
i have always stood by this and maybe thats why im in the awful mess im in today.
