how many

anybody got an idea of how many phantoms were built ?

ive just been over to hutchy's and the contents of his yard included, 1 28 , 1 25, 2 21's and 2 18's so i reckon mr baker must have been a busy man.

thats bloody good for a uk builder, how many do you reckon there's left ? considering there's still a lot around from the early 80's.

I remember Steve saying that the fist year the new 21 came out, they built 60 of that model alone in that year. ('87?)

Plus any 16's, 18's, 20's, 25's, 28's .......

remember also, in those days, he had up to about 12 staff, and probably duplicate moulds for some models.

also, they didn't build complete, rigged boats, only bare boats, mostly with upholstery, that then went to dealers who rigged em.
