It's looking very good Gav, looks like the Blue C Marine site?

Did you take over the 3 units at the back?

The deck is looking fantastic, hull looks nice and sharp, good ol Kidderminster keeps turning out the cash labour (cheers Sealine ) good to see your keeping dream alive mate.

I really hope you hit an opening in the market for that one.

You gonna spend the cash on the tooling? Tooling G/C, V/E tie layer, RTS or traditional, gimbled or rollers on the hull??
Send it over here mate and I'll calibrate it and set your flange up and you can LRTM them, would save you all that hassle of finding good quality laminators (or reliable).

Enjoy mate.

Will you be following up with a 28 foot version?
Superboat here in the US builds a 30' V, 7' beam with single engine or twin outboards. Many time APBA champion.

Good progress

Gav well done mate the hull plug looked really good, very impressed with the quality.

If you stick to the time scales that we spoke about of the first boat in January things will work out very well for ski racing next year.

I now plan to run a 300xs on it so hope for around 80mph.

This is one big boat which should be great in the rough water, far better than the 'skate board' I skied behind this year.

The cockpit is huge but a nice centre console should look the dogs danglies between a set of your seats.

Really impressed with the hull so far, shame it's taken so long

Hope things go to plan from now on.

Gav yeh really impressed with the boat I think its going to be a cracker when finished.

For anyone else that is sat back waiting for this to be finished I think that you will be very impressed with the finished product.

The shape and size of the thing is lovely, the quality of the hull plug is very good.

Keep up the good work Gav

Thanks Cye, 1st coat of wax this afternoon! All necessary materials on order, the Vynilester gel and resin(tooling) is a massive 2 1/2 times more exensive than standard polyester ......ouch!
Oh well, she deserves nothing less! I'll keep the post updated as soon as we start laying up the mould.
