Saw it in Cowes at the weekend.
The word on the street is, owner is dissapointed in the performance, presumably based on the lies told to him by the 4' 6" olive coloured lying, thieving dwarf that sold it to him. (ie, 160mph in ten foot seas with 25hp) Just in case there's any doubt as to whom I'm refering, it's charlie chaudross, the minature maltese turd.
Ho Hum.

I spoke to owner earlier this year when he first rigged engine, he said it ran low 60's, i'm fairly sure he said 62.

Breathtaking huh!
Maybe it has one of those famous 'wash board' bottoms the spalsh's are renowned for. That and few thousand extra kilos will do wonders for the performance...but hey, I bet you can have 8 maltesers jumping on the deck, just like kinfasts 33

Can't comment on build quality, layup or performance but I did have a good look at it at Cowes and though it looked great.
Having said that, of course, it is a P25 copy and P25's always did look great!
25k seems a whole lot of money to me though - oh and where the feck is the "cabin"! Do you have to crawl under the dash??

Seems like the UK is not the only place where splashing is common practise, I can recall JF mentioning a few times about USA boats being copied from etc etc...so check this out

Morning Mike.
This is actually a subject that's been covered quite a bit on here. I'm widely known for having a universal hatered for the illegal splashers out there and have always said, if Steve had had your approach (lets say, a little less tolerant!) he may not have been scammed/splashed as much as he has been.
It goes without saying that this also increase's ones respect for those are are genuinely original in their work, at least it does from me.
This was the one most people remember from back in '04/'05.

It will have to suffice until the 25 I am 'knocking up' has an engine or engines .
Then I will concoct a suitable moniker!
