Do you have towing eyes in the transom? They'll do fine if so. A 3m sling shackled to each one, and a 6m looped over the bow should lift it level enough

I have lifting eyes inside the cockpit on my Bernico 2 on Seat plates and 2v on the Transom knees saves having to stretch over the front and back to fit them !
Lifting sling is 4 x 1m with a loop joining them !!
