looking for info on b-28 "bat boat"
Interested in possibly purchasing, if i can find one, an ex-race b-28, fully canopied preferably. Anyone know of any for sale.
also, how large is the bilge if anyone should know..

Mick Archers` B28 is still for sale, rigged with twin XR2`s. Won the British Championships in 2001 I think and was 3rd in the 4ltr worlds. No canopy though. PM me if you need more info and I will give you Micks mobile number.

Thanks for the info. Got any pics. Is that is an outboard boat.
I'd like to find an inboard boat maybe w/ no power if i can.
any idea on the length of the bilge...

Those that are former raceboats are only outboards and probably doesn´t have a bilge either ?

I dont have any pics of Micks boat, but it is definately outboard. He may sell it without the motors and I do not know the length of the bilge. Sorry.

mmmm i cant be sure, it was about 3 years ago, i did a bit of cosmetic work in the rear end and i remember it being a very big empty space!
