cheers fella as you know a bit of work to do we will probably make a heavy lay up hull pop it out and re-fair it and make a new mould with changes to the hull/deck joint. and a new more modern deck without changing the silhouette to much.full composite construction no wood carbon/kevlar probably

I'm so amazed. I've just read back through this thread. Out of all of the posts so far, Paul is the only one who has managed to use punctuation and has a rough idea where to use capitals!!

As for the boat. Good luck bringing the marshan back into play!

I assume pcm meant biscuit tin join (overlapping) as apposed to the flange join (with push on rubrail) that the marshans had.

perhaps the idea is to salvage the hull mold, but only use the deck mold to create a molding that'll get used as a plug.

Please accept my apologies. I didn't mean it in a shitty way, I meant it from the point that I was struggling to read it.

Will most likely flair the spray rails and smooth them up front, add a step off box at the stern. Only mods to the hull.
The deck will be brought up to date with some nice curves, but still in keeping with the original silhouette. Will leave the screen profile alone as this is whats always drawn me to the Marshan.
The interior will be very similar to our Voodoo boat, in fact the dash will pretty much fit straight in, bucket seats front and maybe rear also.
