Thumbs up Navigation, Guernsey basic races

As a complete novice to navigation (& racing) I just wanted to know what I need to know/learn for the basic races?

Another Guern! Welcome to the forum! We are massing in numbers lately!

I'm afraid I can't help you with your question...

Whats your boat(s) name(s)? Had them long?

Andy

In my experience of racing in Guernsey, I would learn how to hold on and not get spat out........cos it stings a bit.

Oh and try and do the right number of laps...messed that one up once too.

Andy - Im Richard's (Lain) other half with the Extreme! Looking forward to the racing and poker runs should be a good laugh.

DAVE - I have learnt to hold on tight already! I have bruises and scrapes on my hands to prove it. Yes definately gets a bit rough over here, was pretty nasty round Sark the other day, that was good for the back!!
