Nuffink's really 'new' though, is it.

Volvo released theirs a year ago, and the principle has been used for a long time in big stuff. (ships)

A year? Surely not - surely at least TWO years ago?

Where ever Volvo goes - mercury will follow....

( well, they will belittle it till the patent expires then copy it... )

Except the big plus of the volvo drive is the leading props getting nice clean water.

And their f way electronic control system is awesome. Four drives at the back of the boat, yet when docking you can make the boat walk where ever you want as if you had bow and stern thrusters. Just two little joysticks to control the front and back of the boat, and under the water he four thrusters do their trick.

It also works with two, but not as well.
