From the full presentation I saw recently it actually looked really smart !! Unfortunately i cant see that the Size, Design or Price is very fitting to the intended use !!
Would probably make a nice Marathon boat, Not a "Round The Cans" type boat, but then what would i know about it !!

Shit the bed, that's seriously ugly. Bet everyone left in that series will be really impressed about having to buy a new boat?!

So let me get this right,They buy a existing series , change the engines, now the boats and expect then to sell at £55000 and all old teams to scrap there existing boats all in a recession, so why did they buy the series why not just start a new one, or have they

As far as I know, from what I've heard, the existing boats will still run and this boat is supposed to be compettitive with either the existing 150 Honda or 300 merc. The idea being that it only requires an engine change to shift class. Which is a good idea

New classes are 200 and 300 Hp in this boat and they are rintroducing the 225 Honda Cougar class. So 4 or 5 classes in total in SuperStock 150 & 225 Honda, 300 merc and then two new 200 & 300 TBA.

I'm sure its a great boat and certainly appears, from what I've seen, to have been well designed and built. Its just a shame about the deck styling.
Although I believe this pic is a rendering, maybe it'll look better on the water ...
