anyone know any nice and dry inside homes for my boat... either private or boatyards... just for the winter

dhg??? wheres that?? to be honest i dont mind where it its i just need to get my boat in the dry for the rainy season... its gathering water like a fishermans rowing boat and my winter cover is no good as it got slashed last year....
