Old '84 Sunseeker

Trying to find the 1984 RB Sunseeker 34 that was called "Minster Heatwave" for a RB 2008 contender. JF said he thought is was sitting in Cowes somewhere, Anyone know where it is now? The last name on the boat, which was back in 1987, was "Ocean World".

It sat for many years over by the back fence of the yard at Shepards Wharf (now redeveloped) but for the last year or two, it's been sitting in a yard farther up the Medina, beyond the BP fuel berth. I might go over this weekend, if I do, I'll look see if it's still there. Don't think it has a name on it. but it's distinguishable by not having any portholes. It's still red.

Mike.

Had a run over to Cowes yesterday, and wondered up the Medina in search of 'Minster Heatwave', but sadly, no sign of it. I reckon it could still be on the Island, but we'll need some local help to find it, maybe Max's dad will know something about it.
I Reckon Tony Hamilton would for sure.

Thanks for looking Jon, I will give Tony a buzz, I hear he has just bought Stilletto! He has so many boats I am now at a loss as to which one he is going to use in the RB and I think he is too.

Too late, the boat has just been sold after all these years!
