Opportunity to swap boat

Hi all pationate people!
I am from Mauritius island where there is not a lot of racing boat.
New to this forum, i have the opportunity to swap my donzi 16 very well finished with a 200 etec to a phantom 21 well equipped (trim tabs and power lift) with a 200 ho.
Since a few days, i wake up at 4.30 am wondering what I can expect from this swap...?
The donzi is smooth amd very fun to drive.
I will certainly try the phantom in the coming week but not sure if I will understand what I can expect in a few minutes.
Your experience will be much appreciated!
