p 19 on the tv

so a mate of mine at work today said he was watching tv last night about ships and the size of there engines, and the hp needed to push them etc, then they mentioned different hull, shapes / etc, then they showed a black phantom 19 ,and a guy / guys with orange helmets, he wasn't sure of channel or name of program, any one know whos boat it was, or a link perhaps ?
