p20 floor removal
Can any one recommend a tool to cut the floor away from the sides my 92 p20. With out going through the hull! iv cut most out with a router.

Where possible,pull rip the old sh-t away.that way your not grinding through anything other than what you need to.

Inox blade in a grinder, just cut the glass & pull out the timber and dress it down flat with a sanding disc

Cut most of the old floor out today what's the best matting to use and cheapes place to get it ...?

All ready for two coats of woven over the top. Then the flowcoat and she good to race next year.

Hi there this may sound silly but why have you taken the deck off ?
Have you replaced the transom ?
I would put some copped stand mat between your woven if you are using polyester resin .

I get all my fibreglass supplies from East coast Fibreglass, good prices and quick delivery.

I removed the old floor if that what you on about. And the transom is fine. And epoxy all the way

5l, Was enough to do my p20, do a thin coats, If you paste it on, when the floor flexes it will crack & you'll trap water underneath

thanks dude . i can only find flow coat that's poly based is there an a epoxy version ?
