I don't think the RYA published one this year. If the did, I didn't get mine.
As far as I understand it, we're still running to PB1/04.
But I could be wrong ,,,,,,, !!

You can download extracts from PB1 from http://www.biboa.com/pb1_index.htm . Not sure how up to date it is though!

You are correct.
The new and improved RYA did not manage to publish a PB1 for 2005, and are running on the 2004 BP1.
What did you need to know?

This is correct we have been running to PB1 / 04 & will be until the new PB1 arrives . This will be a new book & no longer published annually according to the RYA.
If you are more specific about what class or Racing you intend to do then I can send you the relevant pages or possibly a copy of PB1/04
Bob

Would that be the actual UIM rules or the Italian version?

I guess it depends which rule you're interested in - choose whichever is preferable

There is a new publication for powerboat racing. Its now called "offshore racing handbook". I have 1 in front of me now. They are not going to issue yearly anymore and will add amendments when ness. Its out of date already!!!!!!

It is easier/cheaper/more supportive/less hassle to apply for a foreign race licence.
The new 'offshore racing PB1' was being sold in WH Smiths @ £8.50.
If you get a foreign race licence you do actually have to get the boat wet to get race points.....
I think the RSPB would do a better job running UK powerboating than the RYA.

In simple terms NO. Its that out of date they've not even put in 3c boat wieghts for epa engines. The uim have brought out new 730 rules for class 3 with canopies but no mention in the handbook.

Oh thats OK then, So if I have got it right there are accepting licence applicationsand issuing licences for a class they havent published the rules for in the latest handbook & it's not on the web site.
Welcome to the Madhouse
