PETITION - Thames Speed Limit

The PLA are intending to increase the current speed limit from Cherry Gardens, Wapping (this is very close to Tower Bridge) all the way down river to Cross Ness which is Dagenham/Thamesmead. The proposed limit will between 12 and 15 knots. The PLA are trying to keep this quiet and have it passed before anyone is aware. Please support the petition that has been set up, link below. Even if you don't live in Central London, you never know when you may visit. What is a RIB without speed? The petition is for both commercial and leisure users and will be used to oppose further speed restrictions when the PLA put it out to consukltation.
