That's good, it wouldn't do for us to all like the same things.
Boat will be all white gel. Not sure about graphics yet. It's up to Nick.

Yeah, we had hoped to bring the hull (without deck yet) up from Devon this coming monday, but that isn't happening now, so It'll be friday (week today) then it's all hands to the pumps to throw all the clockwork bits in. Then nail the deck on when it arrives in 'a few weeks'.
Certainly going to be some late nights & early mornings, but it's ok, we'll be there.
A couple of pics from a few weeks ago, showing all balsa core & laminate in, and longits getting jigged in place (2 of the 5)

any more pages of script you'd like to post??
Glad to see our offcuts going to good use. don't burn too much, remember that you and Nick have to find a way of stopping that deck from snapping in half! (not part of my remit)

"Good use for wood"
Also very usefull for strengthening boats where they need it, ie, keel line, chines etc, anywhere for example, that it might sit on a trailer, or, more likely, if it were to get quite a beating in rough seas, as that can be very damaging.

Not much, if any at all.
The only set up changes we can really make (with it being a sterndrive) is prop choice, and shorter lower unit choice (we have std & 2" shorter) so when we rig, we're commiting to the setup really, but that's how it is with sterndrives. need to make the right decisions in the first place.
Out the workshop, down the slipway, across the start line, next stop Plymouth. There's not much that can be done to speed up the oul Carrot Crunchers, so until we get the boat back here, there's a lot of finger twiddlin going on.
