Question Phantom 20 1990 anyone know?

Found this 1990 model Phantom 20 for sale in Norway, anyone here seen it before? http://bat.autodb.no/autodb/view.wa2?AdItemId=602403 Just scroll down to see the bigger pics. Any good advise to what I should look for on it to check if it is a good and welltreated boat or not?

Cheers!

It has belonged to a Dane in the past..
It had a windshield on it, thus the holdes in the windshield/fairing.

I can't remember if Tommy (the old owner) changede the leg, but if he didn't then it had a 25" leg and serious chinewalk problems. I did have some stresscracks and a bowtank installed - could have been a raceboat, but not sure.

Way too expensive in my book..!! Shouldn't be more than 110k norwegian kroner..
