Don't you luv it when a plan comes together.

Weekend No. 2 of the Anti earache formula was put into action...... Please read on
As I mentioned last week, the secret ingredient was to make sure it was totally Mrs M's idea.......God I'm getting good at this!.....

Soooo after dropping a few hints throughout the week, like ya do! Mrs M decided to call her sister Bernie and arrange this weekend's visit. This time deciding to invite my favourite mother-in-law Kay along too....hmmmm. I know! Scarey ha! :o) But I like living dangerously!

On Saturday morning I dropped them off and continued to the workshop. Sometime during the day Michelle's middle sister, Gill had heard of the gathering :o) and come on over to join the party......lol

But, the icing on the cake was yet to come.

When I returned from the workshop, Bernard (the Bother-in-law) claimed he was going insane. That the combination of 'Strictly', 'X factor' and a bunch of cackling women was far toooo much for him to handle.

He exclaimed 'I need some male company!!!!'.
What time is Steve returning!?

Clever statement Bern!!..... Soooo after I'd scubbed up and scoffed my 'Chicken in white wine' dinner, prepared by my doting wife, we were SENT to the pub ....lol, so they could selfishly continue watching all their fun Saturday night entertainment in peace.

Of course, being the perfect husbands......we reluctantly done as we were told, tails between our legs...braved the cold weather, took to the car and headed for the pub.

Much to our disgust......there was even more females present there too.
Mind they were all about 18 years old and dressed in Saint Trinians outfits.....Phwoar!!!
Sooooo.......If any of you are interested.
I am now giving lessons on the art of avoiding GBH to ones earole, by ones women..... whilst being totally and utterly selfish yourself.
And what's more.......With their full blessing too......lmao

Weekends progress

When I arrived at the workshop on Saturday Mike was busy air-brushing the Phantom 25 decal on the rear top sides. Which of course looked the nuts as usual
Danny was back on the job for a few hours Saturday afternoon and most of Sunday too...... so some good of progress was achieved once again.

1. Finish flatting the bow and buffed to a high gloss finish.
2. Carbon fibre dash and shifter panels were glued in position.
3. Carbon fibre bulkhead at bow tank cut and trial fitted, ready for fixing next weekend.
4. Naca ducts bonded into the rear hatch.
5. Phantom 25 Decal.
6. Final trial fit for the Jack plates prior to fitting this coming weekend.

I'd just like say a big Thank you to the guys who worked real hard this weekend.

Yes that all sounds well and good................but are you master of your own remote? Thats where the proof lays.

And by the way the boat is looking fantastic, bet you cant wait to get it in the water? expect to see it on a few poker runs this year, as i hope to be too.
