you've got the wrong end of the stick Max.
the carbon was likely still on a roll, or it would be useless.

I see, I did wonder how it would have any re-usability but passed it off as i know nothing about that sort of thing!
Am I still wrong though or did he say he cut up a race deck 18?

Phantom 21 Mould

Trio Mouldings sold the 21 mould and rights to ourselves in June 2007.

Thus any phantoms made other than by ourselves are illegal copies.

We have produced the first boat from this mould, which we will be displaying at Earls Court boat show. We are also in the process of obtaining a CE mark for the boat.

Yes, I understand that the boats from Trio were rather heavy!!

We will produce two types following the orginal drawings, ensuring that the layup is as specified.

Good news indeed!
Hopefully you'll be following the original proven build schedule to the tee, and we'll have some great boats back on the market again.

Also hope you'll be actively persuising those who choose to steal your property.

Best of luck with production & marketing, I'll drop in on your stand at Earls Court.

regds

The orginal specification gives the option to build the boat in two ways, either totally from fibre glass, or a combination of Fibreglass and arimid.

The second option being lighter and stronger, but more expensive to produce.

With the first option, we have replaced the heavy chopped matt, with multi axial, thus reducing weight, but at the same time increasing the strength.
