Piranha Powerboats Information ?

hello.

I just buyed my second Powerboat from piranha Powerboats.

My old boat was a piranha miura 19ft and now i got the Piranha Carrera 21ft

I now that they made different models with inboard and outboard.

This models looks voor an inboard but it got an outboard on it.

It also needs an xxl outboard offshore engine maybe some one here got
some information about these boats.

Thx

Well i found some information today of this boat butt maybe u got more its a 21.5- 22 ft boat and it weight about 550kg and max hp is 300 butt the factory says 200-225 is recommed. I also saw today in the back of the boat metal stringers to the engine wall and to the floor i saw someting in the papers that stringers are normall in this boat maybe some one can tell of he also got 2 metall stringers for a stronger transom. if very could here butt i got some pics of the boat.

they also say it got the ride of an offshore boat. The back of the boat aint got room for an outboard becouse it has the same hull as a inboard very strange. So its hard to get a engine mounted u need a big setback i think or an xxl xl engine ?

The price in 1988 was about 12.000 euro

As there is no well you need to keep the lifter on it or use a stand off/ Gill bracket. Try and get in touch with some of the French lads racing in offshore passion. if i remember there are a few piranhas racing out there.

That's the perfect candidate for one of these conversions, ditch the bracket, get the airsaw out and get glassing.....

to cut that wil cost to much and maybe weaken the strengt of it ?

It can now take 300hp thinking of getting a jack plate en mount 250hp on it.

The factory says they recommed a 200-225hp why should they say that ?

When the max hp rating is 300 ?

Seeing the transom profile with the Chine it is identical to my 21foot Tiger Shark that is basically a 21Avenger and has it's hull designed by D.Shead.
The deck is far more modern the mine which was knocked up in the 70s.
I wonder where the moulds are now ?
Brilliant rough weather boat200hp plus outboard

Wow the avenger bottem looks likes the piranha so the moulds where sold to piranha ? butt where are they now never saw any piranha mould or boat after 2000 ? My first piranha miura boat was build in 1998 this Carrera boat is build in 1992 how i now that its simple look under the front deck there u find the date and who make it even a name i wil look again this week hopefully i can read the name of the boat is hard to read becouse the builders of piranha putt 1 protection layer on it so u can see over 50 years who build it.

Im starting over some weeks when the weather is hotter to clean the boat repair little damaged pieces and paint the inside so i have to be looking new and putting some nice tribals of piranha on it. The hull is very clean no gell coat cracks in the transom it looks like its only 5 years old the botten has no damaged things its very clean for its age.

I saw some mushrooms growing between the seats i hope i dont get high when i clean this boat
