boy did he fall out of that that one in a big way at Eastbourne one year!

It was the 97 race. I was the 'Event Director' for that one.

Wasn't a good day. Peter Berrow decided to use his leg as a fender in the lock on the way to the start and Scott and his navigator had a very nasty incident.

St.Johns ambulance service were kept busy that day and when I saw the condition of Scott and his navigator (sorry, can't remember his name) as they were bing taken to hospital I was also pretty Shaken and Stirred.

Yes - he had the offset cockpit Wright cat after your boat. Not sure what happened to yours though (think it was called Whitlock when he raced it).

Not quite sure where the Museum is - could be Lytham.

I have a contact if you need a number. A father and son were heavily involved in it - and they also have Matt Gardiners old Forgecraft (Mercury Special) which they have raced at Barrow.

There actually weren’t as many 3d boats racing in that series as you would think, that race included 17 3b boats - 9 boats coming from Jersey and Guernsey!

The Skaters are certainly a step up from anything locally produced but you pay for it.
