Re:- RB08.

I had forgotten that I have some 22 hours of film from the 2008 Round Britain Race which have never been seen by anyone before other than John Fuller. All taken from the film chopper and by the film cameraman in the pits. It is on 22 30min Beta tapes and on 33 CD's. The tapes I want to get rid of as they take up precious space here at home.

Obviously these films are of huge historical interest as the RB08, at 1,400 miles, is the only true Marathon race to have taken place now for almost 30 years and in my opinion it will never happen again. So, these fascinating tapes show a huge amount of film of all the 47 boats that took part plus many fascinating interviews from in the pits as the boats arrived in each port and therefore need to be looked after by someone for future reference - that's if anyone would be interested. I have to add this is all raw footage, unedited and as it happened.

PM me if you are interested. Obviously these films have a certain value and I thought that Boatmad members should have the first offer before I put them on Ebay.

ML.
