Ring 16 banking left

Hi all

After a great week in salcombe I have noticed that my
Ring 16 with a 115 merc 2 stroke will lean heavy to the left when reaching max speed Around 45-50mph, it levels off when you let of the power but can scare the you know what out of you if it catches you of guard.
Does any one know what this may be ???

Cheers

Leaning heavy to the left does not equate to chine walking. Bouncing left and right continuously would be the symptom. The fix for this is to correct the steering constantly and find the optimum trim.

Banking to the left is possibly an effect of torque from the prop, but there are a tonne of guys on this site that can offer more qualified advice.

this is the guy to set you up mate.
the lean to the left is a result of prop torque. are you high and central? trim should rectify this if your set up correctly.

seen you out near mill bay a lot. im the black p18 with yellow visor.

My advice is to start 'simple' :
try putting weight to the back on starboard side (right side)
If this allready solves the issue, then put your rigging weight (battery, signal flags, ropes,...) to starboard side and you're set.

I had a ring16 in the past with a 140hp evinrude. Insane boat and hard to handle, but a lot of fun.
good luck !
