He will be sadly missed and was a true LEGEND of powerboat racing.
A highlight of "Stirs" Career for me was when racing OCR Finals at Gibraltar. The Sky TV camera was mounted on the dash, Stir Took a big Wave which tore his helmet clean off!!
He went on to complete the race after borrowing Navs Lid so he could actually see where he was going
A True sport and gentleman...Sadly missed.
