I was thinking about slipping the lines around 8:45 & make my way down to Hurst Point, Sconce or Hurst Road depending on prevaling

i plan to go to cowes for bacon sarnis opposite the anchor pub,failing that if the weather is crap,possibly the light ship,just in pompey harbour on the left

Same here for Milford Haven.
I'm planning to catch the finish of the 2nd leg Sunday pm, then watch them leaving for Bangor, NI on Monday morning. Whatever the weather, it has to be better than spending a Monday morning in work.

Was a nice run out, Good to see a nice number of racing boats ripping down the Solent. 2nd group was a bit of a let down as so few made it past cowes
Just one days racing has blown the odds to ribbons, there will be some midnight oil and a lot of rethinking going on this evening and that was day 1
