Smile Southampton, Hamble Marina

I've just been reading about the forthcoming launch by Jeremy Clarkson from Top Gear. Not too sure why he would be launching this as all he's into is cars.

One of my mates told me that it's being launched from the above place, would anyone on here know what time it kicks off? Is Two Scoops the reason why Jeremy is doing this perhaps?

Hamble Point is the best place to launch it, as it won't be a long tow back to the engine supplier when the motors break down.

Yes I will do.

I'm a Raceing boat fan but only just found this passion, so if people can bear with me, I hope to pick it up as I go.

Guess if I ask for Cookee, someone will point me in the right direction?

OK, so what are these motors exactly? they don't appear to be the blown 6.5 AM general motors I was expecting. Look very Japanese.

Heard they came from the Hummer look no bigger than the 496Ho.

Might have the horses but do they have the chit chat

Cookee or BananaShark and you'll stand a chance!

Tom - no Bimini yet although if you want to order one I'm sure I could supply one! Got my fingers crossed for the weather!
