Steel Transom Plate, can anyone make them?

Im looking to add strength to the transom on a 16ft Fletcher Hull,

It currently has a plate running from the upper engine bolts on the inside, over the outer part of the trasnom down to the lower bolts.

The inner lower bolts are just on small washers. The ply/fibreglass around the bolts is solid however its soft in the middle. So I am looking to spread the load over the lower inner section in the hope of adding some strength.

Can anyone assist with this? or reccomend me to a local company (sussex) that can help?

Many Thanks

Almost any machine shop can make this, it quite simple, just make sure you have the holes pre- drilled as that's a pain and it doesn't take them long to do it. Stainless Steel is best.
I would assume you would be a large outboard bolt pattern so this pic will give you the details, assuming your engine isn't pre 1970's.
