Was only chatting about this earlier this afternoon with a customer that works as a sub to them, I am sure he said Sunseeker had a loan to that amount with LLoyds tsb who were keen to extract themselves from financing Sunseeker especially in these troubled times of Sunseeker posting a sizeable loss, and thus the refinancing to the Irish group, not sure if that is really a sale, seems more of a refinancing/restructure package with a small reshuffle of top end management

To be honest TD I was a little surprised you hadn't waded in their with an offer, reckon you would av ad em all whipped into shape in no time, get rid of all them big knob fly bridges and slip in a sleek Extreme style deck and surface drives, dump all that pointless bling and get some Carbon look going on in a stripped out interior, re-name them Extremeseeker and bobs ye monkeys ass your on to a winner ... Err I think
