I've had second thoughts about my needs, I realise they might be a bit pricey, so if it helps you can ditch the hosepipe!

Matt

not buying an aUTOCLAVE but we will be having webcams. I can see the yard from my house so we can respond quickly if there are any problems.

regarding security

I don't like the isea of having a yard which had a padlock and twenty sets of keys or a combination Padlock. we were thinking of manning the yard from 08:00 to 20:00 and then letting people in out of hours on an individual basis. does that make sense! It's still 24 hour access but on a controlled basis.

Where in the final stages of negatiating with the Estate agent and we are signing people up for storage. We need to get another 6 people on board and it's a goer!

I am really looking forward to getting it together, if we can!

You just turn left at Despot staad an it's about 5 klicks.

Re you coming in to our storage, ooh err If that got out it might just be you and Matt, I could loose a lot of Rib buddies, But I don't care cos mates are mates!

See my Pm which is on the way what tools can you bring with you? Crane ? Lathe? Hacksaw?

When are you down next, you could stop off on the way to the solent ribbers monday night bash and have a look at the unit, I could do with an opinion ( and I am sure you will have one)
