It´s actually saltwater, you can almost say it´s a part of the baltic sea but we only boat in the archipelago around stockholm. But it´s possible to reach the baltic sea in about an hour.

Right now one litre of fuel cost about 12-13sek wich is about £1.

Here is another picture from yesterday when two friend of mine helped me hold the platform against the transom, just to get an idea what it will look like.

Time for a little update; havent been able to work as much as I want to because of the cold weather but some small changes have been made.

Not sure what you guys think of this but the skylights has now been painted white and a white see-through vinyl has been put on the black plexi-glass.

Sorry for the poor quality of the pictures but I think it looks ok, an updated look so to speak. I think Formula added white skylights to their boats in 1992.

Im also thinking of replacing the stock black rub rail to a white one.

Yes, I will use a white rubrail instead of black. I think it will work better together with the swimplatform and the white skylights.

Thank you for your kind words!

Its getting ready for boating season here in sweden and the plan is to lift it in the water in about 1½ month. Cant wait!

The big project right now is getting rid of the old ugly green bottompaint and paint it white instead. I also had some holes fixed where that piece of metal was mounted straight in the hull. A bunch of screws hadnt been sealed properly causing water to enter the hull. There was ALOT of water under the cabin floor but all of that has been fixed during the winter using different kinds of dehumidifiers.

Matt, was that piece of metal mounted to the bottom when you bought the boat? I guess a previous owner put it on, right? Crazy thing to do however.

A few pictures of work in progress.

A few pictures to clearify what I mean about "that piece of metal" mounted to the bottom of the boat.

I had to move the boat to a new storage facility today so here is an update of what the boat looks like today. The bottom has been painted with a gray epoxypaint and then i will paint it with white bottompaint.

Looks sweet. Musta been a load of effort. I always wanted to take off the "landing strip", but knew I'd have to remove all the antifoul if I did. I believe the landing strip was from the owner before the owner before me. Certainly not something I would ever insult a boat with.
