I Only stopped you because it was on upside down and the Team MWA logo was stuck up your Bum - Didn’t want the "Media" to think we were "Hairy Boaters" now did we - apart from that it fitted quite well and MutleyFin was breaking his neck for a number 1

Paid back my boating weekends & evenings now - even fittted in the in-laws.

Graphics are now done & just need to be put on, still some outstanding paint issues before I apply though & I'm going to need a good applicator Mr Foolish as i cant even put on 12" numbers without getting it wrong so should be back out on the water in a couple of weeks.
I got some footage in from Split Pin from the Allhallows race which I popped up on Bit more than what was posted before.

More Props, More Fuel, More Testing

Must be a graphics week for Team MWA

Graphic Man (Ian) & Foolish spent this evening apply the Stickers ( Sorry Decals)- Same as the impression in post 514 - came up quite good, very pleased with the result. "Sally Jupiter" was made slightly smaller to move closer to the bow so "Miss Coconut" was retired (she was at allhallows). Thinking on the next one which at the moment I'm favoring "fully loaded" but that could change preview in due course.

For info sally jupiter was a character from the Minutemen the premier group of superheroes throughout the 1940s. They were founded in 1939, largely through the actions of Nelson Gardner (Captain Metropolis), Sally Jupiter (the first Silk Spectre) and Laurence Schexnayder. After several public controversies, the group finally disbanded in 1949.

And you thought I just made this stuff up

Had a little bit of a test day today more props not that much top end testing got done, happy though as I think I have at last found the two props that I was after, I can clear out some of the inventory a little now. Quite a wild ride, 80 in a F7 crosswind took a lot of attention & really prevented going full belt with it, not so much the water but wind effect was incredible. But the pickup was excellent which is something I wanted. Wind was picking up more & was going wind over tide by the time we got out after a prop change. Fine for pleasure but not a day for any serious testing, even got one over the front under Itchen Bridge as it was sticking the pickleforks in.
Still well happy on 2 props
Not quite so happy on the throttle cable that was sticking
Even less happy with a few electrical problems that surfaced but nothing difficult just time consuming to sort which is going to knock next weekend on the head.

Nice watching Wishful & Foolish getting some seat time in some hard ass water though

Turned out it's a relay with double bilge pump failure -
New Relay In & working
One Bilge pump from stock replaced - pick up the other tomorrow or Mon

Side pod going back on with mod so I can get to the relay next time without taking the side off ( Just extened the wires)

Oh & going to shift some weight Forward

New Plugs

DDT Clear out & Reset

Fuel Filters & Throttle cable after lunch screw pod back on
