Just making sure that the tops of the baffles are straight and level from side to side before glassing them in place .

Tom , i have installed a few bladders (fuel cells ) from ATL in different boats and the problem with them is there longevity..... which only seem's to last around 10 years . Tom , i have also installed a few rotor molded tanks (plastic) which also are a great Alternative because they are very light weight and can be made with baffles which also are made by ATL.

Hey guy , if you ever were to purchase a Skater the tanks are part of the structural makeup (build) of the boat .

I thought Skater did away with that since they had to many problems with the ethanol ??!!!! ( thats what i been told )

Thats why i asked , why u did not go with aluminum .

D.D. Skater gas tanks are the same with the exception of the materials that are being used and in fact i have a very close friend at Douglas Marine /Skater who is a laminator........ doing most of the tanks in all the new boats . D.D. when i do a set of tanks it is alway's the customers option on what they want to go with...either ... Aluminum , Bladders , Rotor Molded (Plastic) , or just going back to the original platform using different materials as shown .
