Hi , i got a trojan a couple months ago and they are a serious one ,not in this site though , i half cleaned the pc just so i could use it but it needed proper looking into it , so i decided to get it done nearly 2 weeks ago i cleaned the whole pc, i saved what i needed and reinstalled all back again, bit off a headache but sorted. and i even lost all ma e,mail contacts as i fooked that up on the saving it. so i now have to get all 1 by 1.

It was ma fault when i got the virus i had no anti virus when i got it ,just expired, i was using Avast before that happened , now i`m using McAfee.

1: System restore Off (switch back on later)
2: CCleaner
3: Combofix ( from bleeping computer) in Safemode
4: Malwarebytes full scan
5: Full virus scan with whatever you use
6: ALL Windows updates

normally sorts most problems ..
