vhf

just got a new handheld vhf and realised that it does not have m2 does anyone know if m2 comes under a different channel aswell ie 37,many thanks

M1 & M2 used by UK Yacht Clubs on 161.425 no channel match up sure your not thinking about channel 80 or 37 used by Marinas

m2 is the same channel in uk as p4 on most new radios, the one under 01 as you shouldn't be able to get 00

Most handheld radios can be 'booted' into USA or UK software, giving you different channels.
