After the matriculation tax they are now at it again,berth holders who thought they had up to 99 year leases on their berths in Sotogrande,Estepona and other coastal hotspots are in for a bit off a "hit",6 months ago you couldnt buy a berth unless you remortgaged your house,now there is over 10,000 on the market,the spanish government are starting to renage on agreements previously signed and want them back,RULE GIBRALTAR.

my mate has just seen his £250,000 villa fall to a £100k villa in 6 months and he still cant sell it....i would'nt invest last nights Echo in that place cos its blown out
