What speed will a 300XS give ?
Today i bougt myself a Optimax 300XS it wil be mounted behind the 600XS i bought from Gav earlier this year , i am wondering what speed it wil give the boat and what cise prop i schould run on it , any idea's ??

Would like to fine out what one of them could achieve on a p25?
Problem is, I dont have a 25, and would'nt want to sink me 18!
(Probably around the 85 mark)

Runnning close to 91-93 - i'm runnning +86 with my 250XS on a P21 hitting the revlimiter with a 28" Trophy.

That seems quick! I know a regular 21 will run low 80's with a stock 2.5/260, but would assume that'd be a lighter motor than the XS.

Before I sold it my p25 with 300x would do 79.6 mph.

Thats funny Mr Insaine has a 26 trophy on p21 with 250xs set up by nick barch and its getting 78 mph on limiter. whats your box ratio.

Yes short answer (top speed held on gps) long answer well racing cars down slapton line, IE girl friend driving my car ( DO NOT TRY THIS ) I was worrying about my car instead of driving boat.

Im puting 300x on p21 1.75 ratio and 25 raker. SHOULD BE INTERESTING. I,m hoping just over 90 mph.
